By accessing this website or engaging DevCastX ("we", "us", "our") for software development, ERP, SEO or digital marketing services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use this site or our services.
DevCastX provides custom and ready-built software solutions (including HRMS, POS, ERP, clinic and restaurant management systems), web and mobile application development, SEO, and digital marketing services including graphic design and video editing. Specific project scope, deliverables, pricing and timelines are agreed separately in a written proposal or contract for each engagement.
Submitting a callback request, demo booking or contact form on this website does not create a binding service agreement. It initiates a conversation; any paid engagement begins only after a separate proposal or contract is agreed by both parties.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, source code, designs and systems developed specifically for a client under a paid engagement are transferred to that client upon final payment. DevCastX retains the right to reuse general frameworks, components and non-client-specific know-how developed during the engagement in other projects.
Payment terms, milestones and currency are defined per project in the signed proposal or contract. Late payments may result in a pause of active development or support work until accounts are settled.
Post-launch support windows and any ongoing maintenance plans are defined per engagement. Support response times (SLAs) referenced on this website are typical figures and may vary by plan and system complexity — exact terms are confirmed in your service agreement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DevCastX is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of software we build or services we provide, beyond the fees paid for the specific engagement in question.
Our systems may integrate with third-party services (payment gateways, SMS/WhatsApp providers, hosting, analytics). We are not responsible for outages, policy changes or charges from third-party providers outside our control.
You agree not to misuse this website, attempt unauthorized access to the client portal, or use content from this site (including branding, copy or design) without permission.
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of this website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, unless a specific client contract states otherwise.
